Welcome to The Royal Brothers Tours and Travels (hereinafter referred to as “Royal Brothers”, “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement governing your access to and use of our website(s), digital platforms, booking interfaces, communication channels, and all travel-related services offered, arranged, or facilitated by us (collectively referred to as the “Platform” and “Services”).
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or making a booking through our Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional service-specific conditions provided at the time of booking. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and Services.
Royal Brothers Tours and Travels operates as an independent, professional, and globally oriented travel services provider and tour operator, offering curated travel solutions across domestic and international destinations.
Unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions shall apply throughout these Terms:
“User”, “You”, “Your” means any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Platform or Services.
“Booking” refers to a confirmed reservation for any travel-related service, including but not limited to tours, accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, experiences, or complete travel packages.
“Quotation” means a written proposal, itinerary, invoice, or booking confirmation issued by Royal Brothers outlining services, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, payment terms, and cancellation policies.
“Supplier” refers to independent third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, guides, attraction operators, or other vendors.
“Force Majeure” includes any event beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, government actions, strikes, political unrest, weather conditions, technical failures, or similar circumstances.
Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
Royal Brothers provides comprehensive travel-related services, which may include, without limitation:
Domestic and international tour packages
Customized and fixed itineraries
Hotel and accommodation arrangements
Ground transportation and transfers
Sightseeing tours, excursions, and activities
Travel planning, advisory, and consultancy services
Visa and documentation assistance (where applicable)
The exact scope, inclusions, exclusions, timelines, and conditions of each service shall be governed by the relevant Quotation and the applicable Supplier terms.
For certain services, Royal Brothers acts solely as an intermediary between the User and the Supplier. In such cases, the Supplier is exclusively responsible for the delivery and quality of the service, and the Supplier’s own terms and conditions shall apply.
For tour packages designed, curated, and sold by Royal Brothers, we act as the principal tour operator, responsible for coordinating multiple services through various Suppliers. While we exercise due diligence in selecting and managing Suppliers, Royal Brothers does not own or control airlines, hotels, transport vehicles, or activity venues.
By using our Platform and Services, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts.
All information provided by you, including personal details, travel documents, and payment information, is accurate, complete, and current.
You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and destination-specific requirements.
You are solely responsible for reviewing all booking details, itineraries, vouchers, and travel documents prior to travel.
A Booking shall be deemed confirmed only upon:
Acceptance of the Quotation by the User;
Receipt of the required advance or full payment as specified; and
Issuance of a written booking confirmation by Royal Brothers.
The confirmed Quotation, together with these Terms, constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Royal Brothers, superseding all prior communications or representations.
All prices are subject to availability and may change until booking confirmation.
Payments must be made strictly in accordance with the timelines specified in the Quotation.
Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the Booking without liability on Royal Brothers.
Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, government levies, currency fluctuations, or regulatory charges.
Cancellation terms vary depending on the service, destination, and Supplier and shall be specified in the Quotation. Cancellation fees may apply based on the date of cancellation and the nature of the services booked.
Any request for modifications to a confirmed Booking is subject to availability and may attract additional charges, fare differences, or Supplier penalties.
Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed after deduction of cancellation fees, non-refundable Supplier charges, and administrative costs. Certain services may be fully non-refundable.
No refunds shall be granted for no-shows, early departures, or unused services.
The User is solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, permits, health certificates, and any other documentation required for travel. Royal Brothers shall not be liable for denial of boarding, entry, or participation due to inadequate or invalid documentation.
Travel involves inherent risks. By booking with Royal Brothers, you acknowledge and accept such risks. We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, personal accidents, and loss of belongings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Royal Brothers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
We shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, negligence, or defaults of Suppliers.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User for the relevant Booking.
Royal Brothers shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from Force Majeure events. In such circumstances, reasonable efforts shall be made to provide suitable alternatives, credits, or refunds, subject to Supplier policies.
All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, designs, trademarks, and software, is the exclusive property of Royal Brothers or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Users agree not to misuse the Platform or engage in unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful activities. Any content submitted by Users may be used by Royal Brothers for operational, analytical, or promotional purposes.
Personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our Services, you consent to such processing.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. The parties agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably prior to pursuing legal remedies through competent courts or forums.
Royal Brothers reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
